Meet Dr. Kristin Simoncelli, an esteemed optometrist at Ridgefield Family Eye Care.
Dr. Simoncelli graduated from Vassar College in 2012 with a BA in Science, Technology & Society. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Optometry from SUNY College of Optometry in 2017. She later completed a residency in Ocular Disease and Low Vision Rehabilitation at the West Haven VA Hospital in West Haven, CT.
Dr. Simoncelli is passionate about treating patients with visual symptoms related to acquired brain injuries, specialty contact lens fittings, and low vision examinations for individuals with visual impairment.
As an active member of the Connecticut Association of Optometrists and the American Optometric Association (AOA), she stays current on the latest advancements in her field.
